Refunds & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Limited Warranty

Softwares Arena 30-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for replacement (at our sole discretion) of software that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Softwares Arena.

Return Restrictions

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened or downloaded. For electronically delivered products, software becomes final sale once activation codes have been provided.

Defective software will be replaced with the same title only under our 30-day warranty. Terms may vary by product or manufacturer.

Physical Product Return Requirements

All products must be returned in new condition with original packaging including:

  • All disks and media
  • Registration cards
  • Packing materials
  • All accessories and manuals

Returns must arrive within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees for damaged or incomplete items.

Return Authorization Process

IMPORTANT: You must obtain an Order Confirmation Number (OCN) before returning any product.

How to Obtain an OCN:

Email us at support@avgsolution.store with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Product title
  • Product condition
  • Reason for return

We will provide your OCN and return shipping address within one week. Shipments without an OCN number will not be accepted.

Please clearly mark your OCN number on the outside of your return package.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for prepaying all return shipping costs. We will only reimburse shipping costs if the return was caused by an error on our part.

Restocking Fees

Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee calculated on the line item amount.

Digital Downloads & Electronic Delivery

Software delivered electronically becomes final sale once activation codes are provided, except in cases of defective products. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues before considering a product defective.

Installation Support

We provide assistance with troubleshooting and installation guidance. When necessary, we will connect you directly with the manufacturer's technical support team.

Wrongful Purchase Policy

No exchanges or refunds will be issued for incorrect purchases. Customers must verify system requirements and compatibility before purchasing. Please review all product specifications carefully before placing your order.

OEM and DSP Software

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and DSP (Delivery Service Partner) software cannot be returned under any circumstances once opened or activated.
